GSMP is a twice a year physical meeting of GS1 Member Organisations (MO’s) and collaborating companies. The spring meeting is normally in the USA and this year on the 19th of March 53 participants from TCF sector (e.g. representatives of VF Corp and Macy’s) met in Dallas, TX.
The eBIZ team member Andreas Schneider presented the goals and the current status of eBIZ Reference Architecture and the next upcoming steps to the audience. There was good feedback and interest from quite a few GS1 MO’s which will be important multipliers of the eBIZ ideas into their countries and particularly to TCF players within their home countries. The majority of the GS1 MO’s were from Europe.
